Terms of use

These terms govern your use of this design website and the interactive simulator.

1. Nature of the site

TradeWave is an early-stage technology initiative operated by Julian Croft in California, United States. This website publishes a software architectural specification and an illustrative browser-based model for informational and evaluation purposes.

2. No financial service

TradeWave is not a bank, payment institution, electronic money institution, money transmitter, trust company, or licensed escrow agent, and holds no authorisation from any financial regulator. It does not hold customer funds, does not execute payments, and does not provide escrow, custody, settlement, or any other regulated financial service.

3. No professional advice or offer

Content on this site is purely informational. It does not constitute financial, legal, tax, accounting, or investment advice, nor is it an offer or solicitation to buy or sell securities, services, or commodities.

4. Interactive simulator

The simulator on the home page is an illustrative browser-side model. All references, parties, monetary figures, timestamps, and identifiers in it are fictional. It runs entirely within your browser with no connection to external bank rails.

5. Forward-looking statements

The status page describes technical roadmap intentions, not commercial commitments. Planned milestones are subject to modification based on technical and regulatory findings.

6. Accuracy and liability

The site is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, no liability is accepted for reliance on materials published on this website.

7. Acceptable use

Do not attempt to compromise site infrastructure, transmit unlawful content via the inquiry form, or misrepresent affiliation with TradeWave.

8. Intellectual property

The name, wordmark, site design, and written content are the property of Julian Croft and TradeWave. Third-party standards referenced on this site, including ISO 20022, belong to their respective owners.

9. Governing law
